Little Lady ("we", "our") is an online doll dress-up and customization game, available at littlelady.com.br. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect the information of our site users, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018) and with the privacy policies applicable to the services we use.

By using the site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use our services.

Little Lady is maintained by Pauline Becker Hellinger, responsible for the processing of personal data (data controller).

We collect the following types of information:

• Data you provide: name and email address when you create an account or contact us; and your doll customization (avatar, colors and game preferences).
• Access and browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access, and site interaction data.
• Payment data: when buying unlimited access (subscriptions), payment is processed by third parties (Stripe and Mercado Pago). We do not store credit card numbers or bank details.
• Social login data: when you use "Sign in with Google", Google provides us with basic profile information (name and email), according to your Google account settings.

We use the data to:

• Provide and maintain the game, including saving your customization and progress;
• Create and manage your account and login session;
• Process unlimited access purchases and deliver what was bought;
• Respond to messages and support requests;
• Ensure site security and prevent fraud and abuse;
• Display ads and, when applicable, personalize them according to the law.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage, web beacons and identifiers) to remember your preferences, keep your login session, measure site usage and serve ads.

• Essential cookies: necessary for the site and your account to work;
• Preference cookies: remember your choices (language, customization);
• Advertising cookies: used by ad partners to display and measure ads.

We display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie), web beacons and IP addresses to collect information as a result of serving ads on this site, in order to show relevant ads and measure their performance.

We use third-party services for some features:

• Google Sign-In: for quick login, Google may process data according to Google's Privacy Policy;
• Stripe: processes card payments, according to Stripe's Privacy Policy;
• Mercado Pago: processes payments via Pix and card, according to Mercado Pago's Privacy Policy.

These third parties have their own policies and may collect data directly from you. We recommend reading their respective policies.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information when necessary to:

• Service providers (hosting, payment processing and ad serving);
• Comply with legal obligations or court orders;
• Protect our rights, site and user security.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us at contato@littlelady.com.br so we can delete that information.

We do not show interest-based personalized ads to users in areas of the site aimed at children under 13.

Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
